Last night I only got a few hours sleep..... More too the point I feel much less aggressive because I am very tired tonight.

How can I feel this way even on days when I get loads if sleep?

Sleep isn't about quantity, it's also about quality. You can have lots of sleep -- especially if depressed -- and get no substance from it whatsoever. It's often about what stages of sleep you get into -- some are restful and nourishing while others make you more tired. If this keeps up, you can go to your doctor and request what's called a "sleep study." You stay over night at a facility and they monitor you with machines to try to determine what the specific problem is. If you'd rather not do that, something that may help is to exercise. The more tired you are when you go to bed -- specifically when it's from intense activity -- the 'thicker' your sleep will be, ordinarily. I've noticed this with even simple yoga and crunches. I didn't have to run miles, but that said, when I go indoor rock climbing, afterwards, I sleep a much, much 'thicker' sleep (in other words, I sleep less and it's considerably more restful).

Maybe try some simple exercises? There are even yoga positions that are specifically for sleeplessness or fatigue. I'd recommend a book called "Yoga: The Iyengar Way" if you're interested in going the yoga route. It's the book that I use. It's not dauntingly large, it's filled with pictures, you can look up stretches by what problem you're trying to solve (ex: headache, tiredness, backache, etc.) and the book is about $24. A former friend of mine had trouble with his back and after showing him some stretches, he felt so much better. Perhaps it could help you too? :)
