Did a sprint last summer! 800m swim, 9 mile bike, 3 mile run. The swim took me 21 minutes which is kind of slow but it was open water and I ended up doing it without goggles. Bike was 34 mins and run was 21... I'm usually quite a bit faster on a run that short but doing the swim and bike first is quite tiring. Hoping to do some more this summer.
