Like I have to do everything everyday because I lose strength for not doing it one day.
I jog ~mile to the gym.
Warm up with some pushups.
curls~3 sets of ~12 @35. probably should move to 40's as it's getting too easy.
bench 3 sets of ~12
deadlift 3 sets of 10-12
squat 3 sets of 10-12
leg press 3 sets of 12@345, probably should go a bit higher getting too easy.
same w/ shoulder presses.
what has been annoying me is my squats have been declining just because I haven't been consistently doing them.
like i could only do 8 on my 1st, 5 on my 2nd set, and didnt even do a 3rd.
and i had to keep freeing up one arm to support my back.
