I'm getting one of these tomorrow as I think it would be a good way to exercise at home. Does anyone here use one?

Strictly speaking, a Swiss ball won´t really offer many posibilities in terms of execise. I think you´d be better of by spending the money on a dumbbell set.

Replace your TV/computer chair with the ball. It makes your core muscles work for stability even as you (think you) are sitting still. It does your posture a lot of good as you have to sit upright and balanced to stay on, and it becomes a habit.

I used to do On The Ball classes but I can't remember the exercises now. Have a google and you'll probably find plenty.

Try the pike roll out, works out the whole core, and plenty of it.

Thanks for the video, I'll give it a try. It looks like the kind of exercise best tried at home

My gym has those balls and I do it there on regular basis, and it is an absolute killer workout for the whole core, especially abs and lower back. Has become one of my absolute favourites. Isn't as hard as it looks to execute properly, but higher rep counts can be very exhausting. But this exercise alone was worth the investment of the ball, believe me.

I got one today and have been trying it out the leg exercises. Its been great and I already feel pretty exhausted like I've been swimming.
