What is your favorite NFL team?

I love the Broncos!! I have been a fan since I was 7 years old, when my favorite player of all time was playing still (John Elway).

The Broncos (or Donkeys, if they are playing badly) can still make it into the playoffs if they win their next two game against the Bengals and 49ers.

I personally don't care about sports at all. Never have, never will.

I spent some time in Denver, during the days of the "Orange Crush" defense, and like the Broncos.

I spent many years in the Miami area, and was a big Dolphins fan. I was lucky enough to live there for the undefeated season, and most of Dan Marino's career.

But I've spent the last 20 years back where I grew up, in eastern Massachusetts. I went to a Boston Patriots game back in the 60's, when they were playing in Fenway Park as part of the old American Football League. I've been here for some really terrible teams, but recently have gotten my payback. A Patriots game is a major event, and life pretty much stops. (A Patriots game against the Broncos is a really major event)

So the answer is, obviously, the 3-time Super Bowl Champion NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS!

I'm a HUGE Texas Longhorn fan and keep up with former Longhorns in the pros. Right now I'm particularly following the Titans (The Great One- VY, Bo Scaife, Ahmard Hall), the Bears (Cedric Benson and Nathan Vasher), and the Lions (Roy Williams, Cory Redding, Will Matthews, Shaun Rodgers, Johnathan Scott).

Used to be a huge Houston Oilers fan as a kid due to Earl Campbell. But I ceased to be a fan after that 1993 playoff game against the Bills where they had a 35-7 lead in the third quarter AND LOST! They broke my heart too many times. Wasn't sad to see them go then they left for Tennessee.

I like the Colts (since I live an hour away from Indianapolis) and the Broncos.

Green Bay Packers. Still tiny playoff hopes in an otherwise mediocre season.

Packers all the way here, too. My family has had season tix at Green Bay for nearly 45 years and there is nothing like seeing them play at home and in person.

I'm already looking forward to many good things from them next season, with their slate of rookies starting to gel.

I usually follow the Steelers and Panthers. This year I follow the Chargers because their QB went to my college. I guess you can call me bandwagon.

We'll see what happens when the Donkeys (my affectionette term for the broncos) play your patsies in two weeks in the first round of the playoffs. (that is assuming the broncos don't blow it next week against the 49ers!)

Chargers.. ..ughlem.....sorry I just threw up a little in my mouth!

I have a gut feeling that A-Rod will join that list, for good or worse.

I'm only just starting to get into NFL football. At the moment, I'm following the San Fransisco 49'ers, and my brother is following the San Diego Chargers.

Unlike the last several seasons, I am hearing very little discussion here, deep in the heart of Packer country, regarding Brett Favre's future with the team. The general consensus is that since he is still having fun and still loves playing the game, the team's fortunes are looking strongly upwards, he still has his arm strength, accuracy and mobility and is only 6 short of Dan Marino's NFL career touchdown passes record, we will be most surprized indeed if he does not return.

strange that he is only 5 behind George Blanda for most career interceptions thrown...in my personal opinion, he will brake that record before he breaks the TD record.

Just like with the big-name power hitters in baseball, the ones whom are constantly at the top of the list for slugging percentage and home runs, they also tend to lead baseball in strikeouts - if one throws a LOT of passes in the NFL, it stands to reason that a large number of them will be intercepted. Blanda also happens to be one of the best QB's in NFL history, so leading the list of most interceptions thrown in NFL history is not, IMHO, a badge of dishonor. It just means that the QB has seen a lot of action (and a QB has got to be good to play long enough to lead that list) and has thrown a lot of passes. Favre recently broke the NFL record for career pass completions, too.

not a huge nfl fan, but when i lived in the states i followed the vikings, i had a chuck foreman pajama.. i lived in miami so i got to follow the dolphins pretty close..
