I like kickboxing. I used to do it at school, but now I have no time, so I do the exercises at home. It helped me defend myself recently. That and my fast running speed.

I watch a little boxing, but mostly kickboxing like K-1 and K-1 Max. I like seeing the footwork and combinations in pro boxing, but kickboxing is far better in my opinion. I love watching pride and UFC as well, but I prefer striking and stand-up fighting to grappling. I train muay thai in my spair time as well, it's great excercise and helps keep my mind under control. You should watch some K1 world max kickboxing, it's all 155 pound fighters, and they're the best in the world.

I don't mind boxing, my husband is a fan of the sport.

When the Olympics were on here in Sydney, the only Olympic event I saw in person was, with my hubby, to the Boxing Quarter-Finals (mid range priced seats too - got a good view of the action).

i love watching all combat sports, but ive never fought anyone in my life. im pretty much a scaredy cat.

i would like to learn self defense techniques someday, like jiu jitsu, krav maga or aikido.
im not especially athletic or agile so taekwondo, karate or boxing is pretty much out of the question.

I never liked watching combat sports (pro wrestling I don't think counts as one), but when I was younger I did karate. I'd like to go back to it some day.

You don't have too be athletic or agile to train in boxing or Karate. Just show up do what the instructor tells you and you're speed and foot work will improve over time. If you train in boxing you will begin to lose you're fear of getting hit.
