According to the article, 80% of people start getting back pains as a result of this at some point in their lives. And I doubt most of those 80% sit in front of their computers as constantly as I(and I'm sure some of you) do. Anyways, it's pretty obvious... but it discusses how to sit properly...which again is kinda obvious, but something you might not normally think about.

If you have to consciously think of how to sit properly, you'll already be sitting wrong. The best - and actually only - way to have a good posture is to train your back like hyperextensions, rowing or deadlifts
