How to use Obamacare website, seeking advice.

I'm 50 years old and have a low to modest income. I'm basically looking for a how-to including such issues as:

monthly cost of policy,
deductible, co-pay, potential yearly out-of-pocket,
any prescription drug benefit,

and very important and often forgotten, lifetime benefit. For example, 1.2 million will probably be enough for most things. Someone told me these policies do not cap lifetime benefits. Is that really the case?
