I got a fitbit a week ago, it tracks things like distance, steps, and calories burned without any hassle. I've run more since I got one.
I'm wondering how accurate it could be though, it uses an accelerometer along with some algorithms to determine everything. So activities that don't involve much movement (pushups, pull-ups, and bike riding) don't indicate much activity. Does anyone else have a fitness tracking device?
