I cycled for 3 and a half hours today.


How many miles would that be?

if that were me cycling at a comfortable pace, I would have gone about 40 miles. however far you went, you got great exercise. good for you!

Time on the bike, and intensity of effort, counts for more than distance.

I usually ride for 3 hours at around 13mph and do a 20-35 mile route

You should buy a gps cycling computer to log your rides or just download the strava mobile app for your phone.

you can upload the ride to their website and see your progress over the years
