Hey guys, I'm trying to get into yoga, but in the middle of finals right now so don't have time to go to the gym much. Any suggestions on good beginner's tutorials on Youtube?

Thanks!

Hi TealOtter - This is a straight-forward, yet effective yoga video that is good for beginners. It is only about 10 minutes in length, but perhaps you will find it useful. This will be my first time posting a video, so, forgive me if it doesn't work out.
Enjoy -

Namaste TV has some good ones. It is a series by Kate Potter. Gaiam TV has lots of various yoga and similar work out videos (meditation, tai chi etc). But they are a pay service.

Hi, I suggest a dvd, Yoga for Stress Relief with Suzanne Deason. i used to do it every day before leaving for work.
You can check yoga dvds from library or pick up a couple at Barnes and Noble in the dvd section.

I second a vote for getting a good DVD -- I like ones by a tutor named Barbara Benagh. She has a soothing, warm voice and there are sessions of all time durations, short and long, to choose from.

My favorite DVD by her is "Power Yoga For Every Body" and she also does "Yoga For Stress Relief." I really like her.

Thank you :) I surfed and played waterpolo when I was younger to the point of my parents calling me an otter, hence the username and avatar.

I like your avatar as well!

This is the best book on yoga I've ever seen. I've seen a lot of materials on yoga, books, dvd sets, you name it. This is the best. It doesn't matter that it says it's for pregnancy. All that means is that the poses are divided into 2 sections based on what is safe before and after a pregnancy. The book was published in the late 70's. If you are looking for the original classic yoga poses, well-explained, this is the only book you'll ever need. I found it at age 22 and I'm now 50. I've never seen anything better. You can get it used on amazon:
