When you go out drinking socially on the weekends how many pints of beer would you say is 'moderate'?

I am 5'7 and 138 pounds so it does not take a lot for me to get drunk lol

doctors say an average of 14 drinks per week, no more than 5 per setting is moderate for a man. 7 drinks per week, no more than 3 at a time for women.

you can metabolize about one drink per hour. if you drink faster than that, use a designated driver.

Moderate is being able to maintain your composure and to take yourself home. It's not moderate if someone has to take you home.

For what meds I'm on, it really only takes one to help destabilize me. But I drink some nice sting beers sometimes, and often big pints at restaurants. One is plenty, no more than three, and one an hour, or at least a slow pace is good. Having food also can dramatically slow absorption of alcohol. It is also a good idea to get used to how psychoactive substances affect you personally, get some feedback, and play it safe sometimes. I have had just one beer make me send some pretty stupid messages.
