That's just the epic, and painful feeling and I have right know. I was able to run about a third of a mile ( a quarter of it was up hill), then I did about 35 stomach crunches (two different types of crunches, one to work my front abs, and the other to work my side abs), after that it was 10 push ups, then I surprisingly was able to conclude it with thirty curl-ups. This is the second time I've worked out in like 6-8 month, so it feels pretty good to stay in shape, and stay sexy for once.

Are curl-ups the same as pull-ups?

No, the curl-ups I was doing with a curl-iron bar, it mostly works the muscles on the front of your arms. I should start doing some pull-ups though since they tone your back muscles.
