From ages 25 to 37 I have changed extremely little, if at all. Put on weight, got a few grey hairs, but my face is very young-looking. I have a picture taken when I was 12, and it's very easy to recognize me from it. I am practically indistinguishable from pics taken when I was 14 and 17.

I'm 21 and a lot of people say that I look like a teen. One time one of my friends asked people to guess my age and the youngest I got was 13 8O

Then there was that one time I went to pick up a rated M video game and the cashier asked for my date of birth...

Even little kids think that I'm a teenager.

Last year, when I was 34, I ran into someone I hadn't seen since high school and we recognized each other passing in a grocery store aisle. He even had a beard, but I still recognized him (didn't have the beard in high school). We were pretty good friends, though.

Look at the actor who played the kid in "The Sixth Sense." I recognized him recently, and he was only ten in that movie:

I would have to say that people who take better care of their bodies and try to stay active are less likely to show aging, though.
