Hi, I am Aspie and I always clog the toilet even when there's hardly anything to flush. It's like I don't know when and how to flush it accurately. I also have a hard time opening and unlocking doors. They tend to get stuck on me even when other people are fine and I end up looking like I'm body slamming and humping the door to try and get the key to turn, etc. Could this be Aspergers/sensory related or am I just a weirdo?

Most toilets are designed to work when you push or press slowly and hold, or pull a chain and hold. Release once flushed. There is little point in rapidly pressing, yanking etc.

Also once it has flushed you need to wait for the water to fills up again. You can hear it filling up and this noise will stop once full.

Panicking can make it difficult to operate mechanisms. Don't worry, we have been there. Take your time and 9/10 you will work it out.

Flush every couple of wipes if you don't know what's the "limit" the bowl can handle and properly flush down.

Easy solution.

Even toilets of the same design might have issues flushing the same depending on how the drain pipe is hooked in.

Odd, I know.

Yeah, I find that I think it's more the mechanism than the use of it, if that makes any sense. :?
