Does anybody here stretch regularly? If so why? Do you do yoga?
I stretch every day for about 15-25 minutes, depending if it is a normal-stretch-day or a resistance-stretch-day. It is a vague goal to learn to do the side-splits, however I am quite a long way off. I am even further off doing the front splits, my hamstrings for some reason never gain any flexibility in spite of stretching them every day! I am naturally very inflexible it seems.
