Given that a lot of us have trouble with sleep, I thought I'd share thst both my personal trainer and acupuncturist have told me that napping during the day isn't a bad thing, in fact it's much better than trying to slog through and feeling horrible.
I thought it was something to be concerned about, but apparently it's actually beneficial
