Do you like spas, massages, saunas and relaxation places?

I always try to relax myself. I like going to spas, massages, saunas, and hot springs to relax.

Of course you have to spend money, but I don't mind, because I feel better after going there.

Does anyone else like to go to places to relax the mind and body? Such as spa, massage, etc..

I can't do saunas, but the right massage can make me melt.

I'm not into that but I do like massages from my girlfriend.

I really don't like massages, although I've only ever gotten one professional, and all the rest were by lovers. I can't say I really enjoyed any of them. I should like them, but I don't.
But I LOVE a good sauna. It's warm, dark, quiet, perfect! I can relax and let my muscles soften. If there's anyone else in there, they don't try to talk to me, and there's usually no one else in there. I love it.

I can always enjoy a good massage (note, a good one, a bad massage sends my anxiety trough the roof).
However, saunas are a place of torture, the air pressure, humidity and temperature are all waay out of my comfort zone.
I would enjoy the darkness and solitude in those things, but i'd need to find a cabin that's not in use.
