So one of my friends told me (This is how i'm putting it btw) he has had stomach pain at random times and during the stomach pain he feels like throwing up and after a few minutes he normally does throw up! (Nowadays) So what could it be? He never ate anything contaminated as far as we know! So what could it be?

I can only suggest getting an ultrasound. Obviously something's not quite right inside. It was an ultrasound in 1998 that determined I needed emergency gall bladder surgery after a series of periodic stomach pains finally led to a gall bladder attack that left me doubled up on the floor grunting and groaning.
