I am 5'7 and between 149-154 pounds and I am medium built.

By keeping a healthy weight through exercising i am just trying to stay in good health but do you think maybe since i am short i need to put more weight on? I get bullied a lot more these days compared to when I weighed 170-175 pounds :(

Try not to get caught up in the numbers (it's hard to do but necessary for this issue) if you are healthy at your weight then you are at your healthy weight. Bullying is an action that has a direct goal for the Bully. They are trying to protect their spot on the "social ladder". This is a primal behavior found in many other animals. The only real difference between us and the chimps is that we can insult people as well as throw poop.

If the people bullying you now are the same people who bullied you when/if you were at an unhealthy weight then it increase in bullying is their reaction to you lifting your self up.

Now if their are more bullies than before regardless of intensity then it is likely that at your healthy weight you are now "threatening" to take a higher social position over more people than before.

The more competitive you are the harder the competition is going get. Regardless of whether or not you are trying to play the game the NT's are going to force you to play.

My advice keep doing what you have been and remember they hate you most when you're winning.
