I don't know if you have this in the US but here in the uk we have a can/bottled nutritional drink called Nurishment (comes in Peanut, Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Raspberry, Banana and Mango) and they say that sugar is needed as a balance for the overall product to work the way it should, as long as you have a balanced diet alongside it. Here's a sample of the nutritional information:
Per Can (Chocolate)
Energy: 408 calories
Carbs: 57g
Protein: 20g
Fat: 6.8g
Almost 100% all vitamins (apart from D and E)
This could be a waste of time and you not being able to have it delivered to your country.
Those are terrible macros, unless you are trying to bulk(add mass). A good protein powder will be about 100-120 calories, 20-25 grams of protein per serving and low in carbs. Even as a meal replacement, those macros are bad, because the protein per 408 calories, is only 20 grams. You are better off eating a tuna sandwich.
