I just want to know, I think I have like a hypotonic Cerebral palsy type condition. My balance and gait isn't very good. My parents never wanted me to be as physically active growing up.

Is it normal for your muscles to quiver noticeably when you never worked out before with weights and when you were never given the opportunity to be active growing up? Am I a lost cause forever?

Muscles quivering the first time they are exercised hard, or even the first time after a long break of any challenging activity, is pretty normal -- I've experienced that myself when I've stopped doing activities then taken up the activity again.

It's only due to the muscles not being used to being worked. Keep working out or whatever the exercise is and that will go away.

I've had that. You have to start out slow. You may have lifted too much at once.

tired muscles quiver. it's a sign of a good workout. you are far from hopeless. if you are sore tomorrow, do a lighter workout, which should ease the pain. GRADUALLY increase your workout from there.
