My situation isn't doing very great. I have inertia and I feel lazy getting up in the morning. The problem's that I need to see someone by 9 every Monday-Friday morning, and I have trouble with consistency and time management with going to sleep every day at the same time. This may be due partly to ASD, but what are things that can be done quickly to fix all this?

Try eating lettuce before you want to go to sleep. It makes you feel drowsy. In the morning make sure you have a source of energy like potato to keep you going.

I'd recommend getting two potatoes, peeling the skin and throwing away, slicing the rest and frying in olive oil on a medium heat for 10 minutes. Flip a few times as you cook.

A carbohydrate like potato will keep releasing energy to you for a few hours. And frying them like that is quick and easy to clean up after.
