Walking is the only exercise I can motivate myself to do.

And there are days that I walk very long distances. I can't seem to motivate myself to do anything else, in the way of fitness. I feel lazy, when I read about personal trainers, because I feel that I might never get to that level. Maybe I should stop comparing myself to other people in the Exercise Department, and do what's right for me.

The only exercise I get is walking up the stairs at uni and walking down the road to either the library or the museum. I feel lazy too. But yeh, you should do what is right for you, not other people

I'm incredibly bored by exercising (or "working out") just for the sake of exercising. There's no way I could make myself do it, unless there was a specific reason I needed to.

what ought to be wrong with that?

its fun to you, and basically, its being on the move out in the fresh air. i guess you wont walk where you dont like to be, so you probably are walking around somewhere you like... sounds like something to disconnect from the world and its stressiness.
how can that be any bad?

At least I won't be spending $50 a month, for a Gym Membership. :)

you wouldnt believe how far you can get, fitness-wise, without being a member at a gym. (ross enamait at www.rossboxing.com and www.rosstraining.com is an avid fan of homemade training stuff... and he makes some most beastly workouts)
