I want to ask a trainer at my gym about something and I'll be taking notes down in a notebook. I'm stuck for advice to ask my trainer. It's like, I don't even know what my goals are except that I want to build a stronger, more buff physique. Until then, I'm stuck being a skinny aspie guy with lower muscle tone.

This sounds like you know what your goals are.

You've just answered your own question.

I know what my goals are. What else should I expect and what else should I ask?

You don't need to ask anything, just listen. Say you want to put on some muscle and they'll give you their standard starter routine, show you how you do each exercise and so on. You could ask about diet advice too if you feel you don't eat enough, which you probably don't from your question.
