It is alright, but you can't beat a smidgen of hot English Mustard on sausages or roast beef. Also proper horseradish is good.

If it doesn't go up your nose and make your eyes water it is not strong enough.

Djion is ok but can have too much vinegar and fill in it.

I depends how I feel.

I like dijon with a hotdog, but english mustard for beef, pork, chicken(surprisingly good), etc.

it's not very nice with strong cheese, can tell you that from experience. :skull:

I like most mustard, except for the crappy cheap stuff. Hot mustard is really good. Dijon mustard is good, too.

Black mustard seeds are nice in cooking. They are not hot raw, but as you cook them more of the oil is released and it gives a kick.

Good with cider sauce with roast pork, or with stewed gooseberries and fish or in curries.

They shouldn't really mix the two, there reason why they do it is to cut cost.

I have a friend with a mustard allergy, it is annoying when you get jars of horseradish and it turns out they have put mustard in it.

However it is interesting you don't like horse radish.

Grated horseradish is great with tomato salad, with red wine vinaigrette.

It's excellent, as long as you only use a little bit. Too much of it will set your esophagus on fire.

Goes great with Brats and other pork products. Also is alright as a dipping mustard for pretzels and chicken.
