I don't know where I'm going or where to begin. I have been leading a sedentary lifestyle sitting all day. Not all the information at my fingertips can help me because it's too much conflicting information and overwhelming.

My goal was to become fit and muscular and I'm male. I'm trying to lift, but my body feels unstable, I can't focus on having perfect form and working out at the same time. So I cuss out myself and get very anxious. It's a damper to my self-esteem. I also don't "feel" the muscles working and I don't think anybody can help me because it's a foreign abstract concept. It's like trying to "feel" air almost. I have a very weak body and muscle tone. I have a mild version of Joubert Syndrome too. Please look this up, so you can help me, I know I linked to it before but nobody really has bothered to look the disease up. Joubert Syndrome is caused by a malformed or unformed cerebellum vermis area of the brain, which controls balance and coordination.

Eating is another issue. I don't have a job and have to still depend on my parents for everything. It's not like my parents are begging me to eat more either. I just don't think about eating a lot.

So should I just give up on being a fit man, because I believe it is not realistic with my condition?

I'd suggest looking for Joubert Syndrome support group on the Internet, and seeing if you can find other guys with the same degree of severity so you can trade notes on what works/doesn't work for you.

While there are exercises, such as swimming that can be done without much coordination, you want to know how you body will react to exercise--even doctors who treat that syndrome may not know this type of detailed information.
