another question. Sometimes when I'm lifting, I lose motivation to continue lifting or working out especially when your surrounded by other people with better results than you. Is there anything you can do to increase motivation while working out?

You have to do it for yourself. Are you enjoying yourself and do you think you're doing the best for yourself? Then carry on. I love running. I'm never going to be amazing at it but I see small improvements so I tell myself I should be pleased. I think there's a quote that says something like: "Be better than you used to be, not better than someone else". There will always be someone better than you at whatever you do, so you ahve to get used to it.
