We throw a whole bunch of dive sticks varying in size and color into the pool and then go after them from a timed start.
Some sticks are small and camoflaged the same color as the pool liner. They are worth the most points. Others are longer and more contrasting, worth less. Everyone jumps or dives after them and if any starting position is argued..."rock paper scissor". The game usually has 3-5 players in a standard 20x40 foot pool, in a 10 foot deep area.
It's FUN, especially when some people all go for the same stick or sticks and end up fighting underwater. It can be a very aggressive game but also requires some finesse, good course plotting (sense of direction) and stamina (those who can stay under longer have a distinct advantage). It's a great game!
