Has anyone ever had a skin lesion like this?

A week ago, I noticed this, which on one side is nearly the diameter of a U.S. penny (19.05 mm):

Now, it looks like this:

Zooming out, and looking to the right of the patch, you can see a kind of whitish-area, almost like there's dew on the skin:

Has anyone else had this?

The red lesion on my left arm is now a bit sore. Little light-colored bumps on it have grown a bit larger since last week.

To clarify, the skin where the lesion is is not itself sore, but I feel a deep and dull ache underneath it. I am now getting deep aches up toward my wrist and in my hand. It also feels kinda hot underneath the lesion.

This thing seems to have changed somewhat since my first photo almost a weak ago (with somewhat darker lighting but lighting comes from about the same angle):

One point of interest is in the lower-left part of the lesion, where a white bump which was smaller a weak ago is now a bit larger. I have set up a comparison image from 6/4 and today 6/10, with the blue line indicating a triangular constellation of 3 bumps toward the right end of the lesion which can be used as a reference point. The green line points to the white bump in question. It's here:

The lymph nodes under my left armpit appear to be swollen. They feel much lumpier than the same location under my right armpit. I'm getting worried. It's the weekend, so I don't know what to do.

My parents say go to the doctor. I am doing a walk-in tomorrow.

One doctor said dermatitis, the other said discoloration of the skin. I got some triamcinolone.

I do have some new bothersome areas on my back (circled in green):

The one on the lower left feels rough and firm and a bit sore to the touch, so I am getting it checked out. I know I am at high risk for melanoma, due to being very fair-skinned, having blonde hair and blue eyes, and having had a lot of sun exposure as a kid: I was born in Hawaii where I lived for the first 2.5 years of my life, and I had bad sunburns when I was in elementary school. I am making sure to get it checked out, so that if it is, it's caught early, making prognosis much better.

Hmm...I have no idea, but I'm glad you got it checked out.

I think it would be a good idea to see a dermatologist. Medicine is so specialized these days. It may be simple dermatitis like that doctor says, but a dermatologist can check you more thoroughly and do a better job at allaying your fears about skin cancer.

I'm talking about the moles on my back. The dermatitis is on my arm.
