Has anyone not had digestive problems initially, but developed them later in your teens? I know that IBS is somewhat common among those on the spectrum, but up until just a couple years ago I could basically eat whatever I want with no issues. Or maybe I was just slowly getting worse.

Either way, now I can barely have any junk food, or even just spicy things like salsa (which is my favorite food) without regretting it later. I suppose that's encouragement to eat healthier things, but it is kind of hard for me since I don't have lots of money or time to be making tons of healthy stuff.

I do what I can and I've felt significantly better lately, but it's hard for me to get all the calories I need with salad and fruit juice, so I find myself getting hungry a lot.

I started getting IBS symptoms when I was 18 (before there was such a thing as Irritable Bowel Syndrome).

I still get them from time to time, though less over the last couple of years.

I vomited quite a bit until about age 5 or 6.

I've fluctuated in my weight since age 6--mostly on the side of overweight, though I've had periods of normal weight, too.
