The Ashes starts in 30 minutes! (biggest cricket tournament for both England & Australia)

5 test matches. ends in Mid Sept.

Very hard one to call this time, could be very close. Both teams stronger with the ball than with the bat.

I am buzzing for this!

Australia batting first

This Test is taking place in Edgbaston. Some rain forecast later today, maybe a little on Saturday too.

I am enjoying this as much as I can while we have the ball, because once we don't it could be a different story

fair play to Smith, that was one hell of an innings for him, he was under serious pressure and delivered.

I guess we will really see how good England's innings was yesterday from 11:00am this morning (eek!)

This test typifies England. Start of promising, by the end we are desperately holding on for a draw

That's what I call snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
