How to improve it?
I feel like it has a lot to do with actual emotional maturity, which i can't change, but like could I take pills or eat something specific to help myself out.
I know quitting masturbation helped. I got some issues but I'm actually pretty straight, I don't act stupid. In fact, to fit in with everyone else, I have to be extremely uptight lol.
ANyways, yeah.
I know sometimes I feel like a million bucks, same day I'll feel like crap due to some comment or something stupid I did.
So is there anything physical I can do? Sleep is good, I know.
