I realized that if I have four meals a day it is much easier to get fresh veggies.
I work full time. If I have dinner when I get home, I can work in the yard for an hour or two, and then head out to get groceries when the store isn't busy. I can then have a 2nd meal with stuff I just got from the store. And, if I need to, I can pick up spices or something else I need to cook something new.

Number of meals and meal timing have little to no effect on health and body composition. whether that be 1 or 6 meals a day. So just do whatever works best for you. :)
