I'm curious what kinds of body types other aspies have as well as how physically fit they are.

I'm one of those guys who never really went outside or exercised as a kid. I'm really quite weak, and even now, the most exercise I get is walking to school and back. In spite of this, I'm ridiculously skinny; to the point that people ask if I'm anorexic. Mostly it's my fellow students who do this, most adults say I'm skinny but not to an unhealthy point.

I'm tall and skinny apparently. I'm not unhealthy, but I'm not very fit either.

I am pretty out of shape, about 30lbs over the my heights recommended weight. I just bought an elliptical machine though, and will try to swim a lot this summer, and want to lose 4 inches off my waist, go down 2 pants sizes.

Medium height, slender build
I get most of my exercise from walking and moving stuff around in my apartment

Probably about medium height, and I'm also overweight, too.

It's mostly seasonal, I just moved my computer so I can look out of balcony window, so of course I had to move my table and the chairs, and then I had to move my sofa to fit those in elsewhere.

I usually do things like that fairly often.

6'2-3 about 195-197 lbs. very toned, long and lean, natural musculature. I used to be more muscular, and have a few more pounds of muscle last year, but I changed my fitness routine from weightlifting to mainly martial arts and fighting. I would say I am very physically fit, not the best by anymeans, but definitely in the top 5% or better of the population.

I'm pretty short and compact.I was a tomboy growing up,so very physically active, though no sports, just climbing nd walking, biking.Very muscular for a female, actually stopped lifting weights because I looked to male and didnt like it.I was thin until I hit my late 30's,now....not so much, lol.I dont excercise anymore but have a very physical job,so still have pretty good muscle tone for my age.I would probably be pretty thin if I wasnt addicted to cough drops and consuming a 1,000 callories a day just from them.

I'm about normal height. Since I started using an Eliptical and walking last summer I've gone from obese to normal weight.

I'm pretty tall and thin. I don't think I'm that thin, but my friends say that I look like I could be snapped in two.

5'10 155lbs. Fairly decent shape,
though my upper body's never
been too developed. Probably
should start doing push ups again.
