Do anyone know what are the better supplement for joints, calcium & energy? I’m taking something now for my joints & calcium, but they not working too great, the winter always bother my joints the most. Do they have a supplement for eyes?

If you eat oranges, lemons or limes they are very good for your eyes. Homemade juice is nice. You chop the fruits in half then squeeze into a bowl. Scoop out the pips and pour the bowl into a glass to drink.

Glucosamine Chondroitin ( https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss ... hondroitin ) is a good joint supplement.

ICaps Eye Vitamin & Mineral Supplement Areds Formula ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004WPUBKS ) is good for eye health. Systane Ultra ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0036B8QL0 ) is also good for dry eyes.

This is what I’m taking now, Spring Valley, I also got calcium too. Maybe the pain in my fingers & arms are my arthritis or psoriasis arthritis.

Do you take fish oils / omega 3 supplements?
They can be surprisingly effective.
Even better if you can get some oily fish, avocado and nuts into your diet. Leafy greens are good for calcium levels, too.

I didn't mention it before, but my baseline supplements come from USANA Health Sciences in my home state. I also add to that some nascent iodine, prostate and heavy-metal liquid supplements from Global Healing Center in Texas.

I second Global Healing Center recommendation... I use several of their products, in some cases have for years. Everything works exactly as stated. Unfortunately prostrex has been out of stock, Ive been looking to replace my existing prostate supplement with it but havent been able...

Probably a result of the recent Halloween Jack-o'-lantern usage.

Spring Valley was on the page that you gave me, it is cheaper at Walmart & I get points for it, I’m on two rewards sites.
