I really just don't like them, but I've been told so many times how weird that is. So does anyone else have an aversion to eating eggs. There are a few exceptions, like I will eat baked goods with egg in the recipe, I don't mind the little bits of egg in rice at chinese food places and I actually quite like egg drop soup...but you'll never see me eating an egg for breakfast or like by itself. Also I really like breakfast burritos but a lot of times they come with eggs so of course if I order one at a food place I always ask for no eggs....I love the chorizo(if anyone is unfamiliar its like spicy sausage that breaks up really easily), green chili, cheese and potatoes but the egg will just ruin it for me.

I don't really like eggs either. I don't care for the taste & they give me stomach cramps & make me go to the bathroom(maybe I should eat em when I'm constipated). Like you I have no problem with eggs in baked goods. I didn't even know there was egg in the Chinese rice but I never ate it much & didn't have a problem when I did. i never ate breakfast burritos so I'm not sure how the eggs would affect me but I'm not really into burritos & would rather not take the chance.

chorizo is great, especially with egg. greasy as heck though, usually.

i won't eat egg in any form by itself (my dad likes it "overeasy" which is just, eugh, you might as well crack open a raw egg and swallow the thing whole at that point)....

but with chopped tomato, onion and some chopped corn tortilla bits it's a pretty nice breakfast for me personally.

When I was a child I hated egg, from about age 5 up to the age of about 13. Milk, too.

I have a childhood memory of feeling sick at the smell of fried egg, and I got really upset once when my dad made me eat a chinese dish with egg in it.

Then one day I was round a friend's house and they served egg and it seemed rude to refuse so I forced myself to eat it and I decided they were OK after all.

Nowadays I quite like them, I can even eat them (with apologies to sensitive stomachs) a little runny, on top of buttered toast.

When I think about eggs I get really grossed out. I eat them but I really feel they are quite gross. I also look after my neighbours chickens and find the whole egg collecting a bit disgusting. In my pregnancy with my youngest daughter each time I was in the supermarket even thinking about eggs (which would enter my thoughts as an obtrusive horrible thought) would cause me to start retching and get vertigo. This is particularly strange as the first symptom of pregnancy for me is that I crave a fried egg sandwich. I have never eaten fried eggs apart from in pregnancy. So definetly have an odd thing about eggs.

I love eggs, they are a perfect food as far as I'm concerned.

One of the healthiest foods you can eat, great quality protein, omega 3 fatty acids and loads of vitamins.

I eat like 4 eggs a day usually.

You can never go wrong with eggs. Fried or boiled.

Actually just had a soft boiled egg from the hen next door on top of my salad, it was pretty good! I think it is that as a child my mum used to make me cod roe pudding which was about the most disgusting thing ever, any form of egg or other products of procreation freaks me out a bit now.

Sometimes I like eggs okay, sometimes I really don't like eggs. It depends on how they are cooked, also. I am usually okay with scrambled eggs or omelettes, especially with ham and cheese, or something else tasty, or at least some Red Hot sauce. I'm usually okay with hard-boiled eggs with salt. If you have a tray of devilled eggs (but not with relish in them), especially if they have bacon in them, I will eat quite a few.

Fried eggs are usually a crapshoot for me, depending on what they are fried in, and how I am feeling. I do like the runny yolks, especially on top of some corned beef hash.

When I was younger, we made a lot of fried egg sandwiches (just breaking the yolk up in the pan and mixing it up a bit), and I got real burned out on them. I also ate an egg once while I was super nauseous on chemo, and I couldn't eat or even smell them for over a year.

More than once we have found fetuses in our eggs, and I will say, I really kind of lose my appetite.

I don't like eggs either. Eggs taste like the smell of sulphur, and I don't eat anything that tastes of gas or a fart.

I love them semi-boiled.

In the "Oeuf à la coque" way with some cinnamon.

It's the perfect way of eating it, killing any bacterias may there be on the shell, and yet eating the yolk almost raw with all its raw undamaged benefits.

They shouldn't taste like sulphur unless they're rotten o_O

Yeah that is the downside, I know they are a healthy food with a lot of good nutrients...so sometimes I worry I could certainly be missing out on some of those. Sometimes I do think 'life would be so much easier if I liked eggs' as it also seems like they are pretty easy to cook.
