I suck at cooking, but I also get tired of eating crappy microwave meals every day. Has anyone tried Blue Apron? It's supposed to make cooking easier, and also healthier. They send you a step by step recipe and all the ingredients you need for it, one new kit every week (I think?). Is it worthwhile? Would you recommend?

It seems a little expensive, but I do like the idea. Co-ordinating my food shopping so that I end up with good combinations of ingredients and know what to do with them is often difficult for me, and often leads to a lot of food being wasted. The idea of all-in-one "construction kits" for healthy meals is very appealing.

Yeah, I've used them.It blows. Each week they give you a variation of a burger and it's not even cooking, it's dumping pre-packaged stuff into a bowl, mixing, and tossing it in a pan. To me, that defeats the purpose. And it's so much cheaper to shop and make your own, plus it's a ridiculous waste of packaging.
