Raw vegan food
Anyone eat raw vegan food?
I had some black rice yesterday, cooked, and felt awful. It's the healthiest kind of rice but I had a panic attack when I went outside and a headache. I've already removed nightshades - potatoes, peppers and tomatoes - from my diet after realising they made me feel mentally and physically ill. Now it seems cooked rice does the same.
This has made me decide I'm going to try sprouting the rice in a container and eating it raw once it's sprouted. I've read online there are people who do this though some kinds of rice aren't suitable for eating sprouted raw. I'm not sure exactly which those are.
I'm also going to try sprouting and eating raw lentils and chickpeas.
I should emphasise if people don't know that raw potatoes, sprouted or not, are not safe to eat!
