You can try the "keto" diet. People lose quite a bit on it if you can stomach it. If not, portion control is a big thing.

Otherwise, just keep exercising like you are doing. And don't go to the weigh scale every day! Once a month if that. As long as you are exercising, that's the Important thing. It just takes time, which in this day & age means tomorrow!

Don't worry about your weight, as long as you continue to exercise.

Have you tried exercising in the cold? It is a little cold this morning at 20 degrees, but I was outside yesterday for an hour when it was 30 Fahrenheit.

That depends on your body type, fitness level, and what type of weight loss you need (like are you obese, just a bit overweight, or a bodybuilder trying to get ultra lean?).

Of course the most basic component of any fat-burning plan is eating at a caloric deficit. Add sufficient resistance training to avoid losing muscle mass (not so much if you are a mesomorph), but not so much resistance training that you get super hungry and eat all those calories back.

I useta be skinnyfat as well, giving up white food [no more sugars and starches, no more of the evil P's such as pastries, pasta, poutine, potatoes and porridge and white rice. no more alcoholic beverages. :| no processed meats. daily core exercises [boundary] such as crunches, pushups, chin-ups and the like. can't run anymore [arthritis] but vigorous walking [wearing orthopedically correct footwear] up and down hills for about 40 minutes daily, rain or shine, got rid of the skinnyfat. now I am fat-fat. ;) [partially kidding :| ] but not as fat as I useta be. this regimen works after a fashion.

What about spirits with soda water instead of beer?

alcohol is the ultimate refined carb, it is liquid sugar disguised as firewater. it acidifies one's body chemistry which starts a lethal cascade of nasties starting with systemic inflammation. they call it a "beer belly" also for a reason. there is a reason teetotalers stick to avoidance. any amount of alcohol is just about as bad as drinking a like amount of glucose. not judging you, just stating my experience with it. the only thing that saved me from my late dad's fate [alky killed him] was not having the alcoholism genes. I can't tolerate the stuff, even a spoonful of the hard stuff will give me a sour stomach. made of cloth, I guess. I useta like mild beer and hard cider and weak wine, though.
