Hi, as the title says, I am looking for a reliable source - best if medical (nutristionist, etc)- to change my diet to a healthy one.

I know it might be hard, I can give you some details regarding where I live.

The climate here is cold (not too cold) in winter and hot in summer, I would like to have a diet for an adult male, i'm a bit oversize right now.

thanks for the replies

You might be better off talking to a doctor or, depending on where you live, reading government guidelines. Books can sometimes be a little bit biased.

Hi, I didn't know there were government guidelines regarding that.

Do you mean minister of health guidelines? I live in Italy by the way.

In the United States, there are government guidelines for nutrition, but I don't know about Italy.
