I love to go hiking, but I haven’t been able to do much of it in awhile. When my son gets a little older, I’m hoping to get back into it again.

I’ve climbed the highest mountains in Maine and New Hampshire, not that impressive but super fun! I especially loved climbing Mount Katahdin because the weather was perfect that day, and I could see out a very long ways when I got to the top. I’d like to go there again someday. I also saw a moose in the woods on that hike.

Have you had any memorable hiking experiences?

When I was a kid, we lived near a state park that has a trail with numerous waterfalls. I always loved going there. When my son is a little older, I’d like to take him there.

There are few things I enjoy more than spending time in the woods.

When I was a young adult, I went on many hikes. Some were day trips and some overnight. I think the most memorable one was a two week trip on small rubber rafts down the Grand Canyon.

Hiking is my main passion. I love heading out with an overnight backpack, and sleeping under the stars next to a running stream.

Went up Ben Nevis a couple of years back. Doing some more mountain walking this year too.

I love hiking. Norway is full of good hiking spots. :)

I love hiking and camping in the wilderness, too. I prefer any place where probability of meeting any people is minimal :D
My children are comfortable sleeping in a tent but of course I can't pack everything we all need to one bag and carry it all the way. They are not big walkers, anyway.
