I'm doing a test patch 1st on my arm to see if the insoles will be suitable . I had to do a strength resistant-trying to stop my stepdaughter pushing my arm down- test with and without the patch . They thought it was better with the patch, but I wasn't too sure. I have to repeat the test tomorrow. What strength resistance has to with balance is a mystery to me.
The physio is visiting on the 8th. My stepdaughter is planning to see if a wet chair can be provided for me, as she's concerned about my getting out of the bath, or having a shower, with my balance as it is.
