KikiKitty678 tell us your “inspirational weight loss story”. If it is important to you, then it is important to us.
Haven’t made it yet. Not even halfway through, but 7-10 pounds down.
So far...
Used to eat so much that it affected my finances, at just 147 pounds (worked out like crazy)
A lot of working out to keep my weight from going up every time things got out of control, health problems from food at just 21 years old.
Maintained weight at 136-140 pounds without over-exercising like before by eating better. Same weight but eating better, still some issues with food but not enough to have to exercise for hours every day. Same weight but looking better thanks to better habits.
Tried out transitioning into vegetarianism, ended up being a disaster in the end.
Hit a wall because I tried to make a life change I wasn’t ready for, trying to learn to eat normally again. It’s a learning experience, because mistakes happen. Battling sugar addiction again but nothing like in the beginning.
Currently 139 pounds without excessive exercise, actually not enough (thanks, summer class)! Done with summer class so hoping to lose some more weight by going to the gym every day, but not for hours and hours!
All those changes and mistakes with food and exercise after only losing a small amount of weight. No wonder people say it’s hard—it can be more than just eating less and moving more if you have a lot of stress!
BTW I’m 5’1 so I’m still a tiny bit chubby. Didn’t want to throw those numbers in and sound like I’m skinny and losing weight for no reason.
