Once almost got overheated when it was only 85.

I have to know my limits on hot days, stop bike rides early, that kind of thing.

One time I wanted to ride a bike and my mom warned me, it's 95 degrees out, you might pass out.

Any way to still safely go outside in summer?

I'm sure you know this stuff but I'll mention it anyways cuz it's all I can think of off the top of my head. Dress for the heat; wear cloths that feel light & lose & are light colored, & maybe wear a hat to provide some shade especially if your losing your hair like I am. Try to go out at cooler times of day like early morning & late evening instead of being out in the middle of the day. Bring water with you or maybe a sports drink & drink some periodically to avoid getting dehydrated. I know this is outside the box but I just thought that maybe you could hook up one of those little battery powered fans to your handlebars & have it at an angle so it can blow a little on your head & chest. I'm not sure where your from but I'm wondering if the humidity tends to be bad where your at. I'm from Louisiana which tends to be hot & humid for half the year & I know humidity can make the heat feel a lot worse.
