That moment when you gain two pounds but look like you’ve gained 10 because you’ve lost your form...in just two weeks from not working out. s**t.
When you work out, you need to keep it up.
Does anyone else have this problem? Obviously you can’t gain 5-10 pounds in two weeks, but you can look like it after gaining two and being more sedentary. It really sucks.

Something like that happens to me. But I lose weight instead of gaining. If I miss the gym for two weeks my musculature visibly decreases. I don't know anyone else who suffers from it. I don't think my testosterone is normal.
