It’s probably just me, but the thought of exercise even sometimes makes me want to cry. I get anxious and feel like I’m going to yell or scream. I want to be
able to exercise but sometimes it’s just too much. I wish I knew why but maybe it’s part of emotional dis regulation issues that are common with aspies or maybe it’s just me... does anyone else have a similar issue, and if so how do you deal with it?

The best thing is to find an activity you will enjoy, at least a little, even if it's just something easy like going for walks or doing yoga. Or if you don't like to go out, perhaps a set of dumbbells or cardio step to use at home. There are lots of of videos on Youtube that have exercise routines you can follow along with.

I have that too, but only when I have to do something in front of other people. I'm physically disabled and unable to do a lot of things/do them poorly and I got to hear a lot about it in PE classes as a kid, so in my case it's probably some kind of minor trauma.

Since the idea of exercise is what bothers you, try to find some physical task that you can do and is also useful, like gardening for examble, so the exercise will come without you even noticing it.
