I’m on a journey to improve my health and fitness. I’ve noticed a lot of people who have accomplished their goals get preachy towards other towards those working towards their goals. I think we should all listen to our doctors and nutritionist/dietician instead of listening to people who aren’t medical professionals say “this is what I did so it will work for you”. We are all different.

Who is with me?

Not me,i personally don't listen to so-called medical professionals and to date, have proved them wrong.

I personally have backed myself as a guinea pig through trial and error.

We are all different yes and what works for one, does not necessarily work for others.

It pays to listen and get in tune with what your body wants or needs, not from so-called medical professionals who don't live in your body.

Nor listen to other peoples stories either.

Imho anyway.

Beat life to your own drum i say.

Doctors have their own felony convictions, psychiatric diagnoses, prejudices and stock market investment

Just like everyone else

Some doctors earn commission on pharmaceutical sales so they prescribe the drugs that will earn them more money,.

I think it's good to talk to the medical professionals as well as others who've been in similar situations with health/fitness. Then you use your own judgement to decide what to try. It also helps to listen to your body like ElabR8Aspie said.
