Question for body builders about TRT GEL (Tostran 2%)
Hello
was wondering if there were any Body builders / Testosterone experts on the board who can help with my question.
To explain my circumstances in as short as possible way, here goes:
I suffer from clinically low T
I normally use 80 mg (4g) of Tostran Testosterone replacement Therapy a day
which normally gives me a boost in Total Testosterone levels of around 10 nmol/l
(previously before TRT blood test = 6 nmol/l, after TRT blood test = 19 nmol/l)
I have been on this dose for several years without much change in blood serum levels (proven by blood tests)
I recently had a blood test result that came back saying my Total Testosterone level is over 75 nmol/l
over 75 nmol/l = over 2200 ng/l
Such a level is only possible under certain circumstances
A: testicular cancer causing an abnormal rise
B: adrenal caner causing an abnormal rise
C: the test subject is using a high amount of anabolic testosterone
D: the test subject literally fell in a swimming pool filled with Tostran 2% GEL and ingested a high quantity of Tostran 2% gel either orally or through osmosis, by staying submerged for some time in the solution
E: the pathology lab machine is faulty
F: the pathology lab assistant has accidentally cross contaminated the sample with some one else's
G: someone has swapped the sample with a anabolic steroid using bodybuilders blood sample intentionally in order to sabotage the test subjects blood sample
H: someone has injected pure testosterone into the blood sample used for test
Nonetheless...
Question.
Taking into consideration that the blood test has not been tampered with, and that the test subject is not suffering from any natural cause that would cause such an massive rise in the testosterone level.
What is the likelihood that a person's blood can elevate from 0 nmol/l testosterone, to off the scale, over 75 nmol/l (over 2200 ng/dl) after taking just 80 mg (4g) of Tostan TRT GEL a day.
I would be really grateful for people's opinions, especially if they come from a background of having hypogonadism, or have a working knowledge of Testosterone replacement therapy or boosting supplementation through training in body building at the gym.
Otherwise
Thank for your help
Hello People
I have just found an article authored by the Endocrine Society that gives substantial data on how safe and efficient the use of Testosterone replacement therapy in GEL form is for the treatment of Male Human Hypogonadism (low T).
Please find the link bellow:
Safety and efficacy of testosterone gel in the treatment of male hypogonadism
For those interested, please note figure 1. and figure 2. which gives an indication of the impact Testosterone GEL has on blood serum levels of Total Testosterone.
Firstly. Figure 1 gives an indication of blood serum T levels after the first dose and then Figure 2. gives an indication of how several patients levels rise and fall at periodic intervals (i.e. 0 days, 30 days, 90 days and 180 days).
At no point does any subjects level rise over 40 nmol/l.
This is why my present reading is particularly surprising, as it is presently over 75 nmol/l. Off the chart basically.
I believe this test is either wrong or I am SUPER HUMAN... sadly, i am not....
so ... i believe murder through health sabotage is more likely...
