Do people still require wearing masks? I wish someone would tell me stuff, I don’t know what going on. I read some of it, but I had a really hard time understanding it, I also have learning disability.

It depends upon the area and the setting/context. Restrictions can change based upon levels of Covid transmission in a region.

In my area, in PA, some businesses require them and some don't. Typically they will have signs posted outside as to their policy.

You can always phone ahead before going somewhere if needed. Checking websites for your state and city governments might provide general info also.

I never cared about whatever the mandates were and just did my own thing.

Which has always been a P2. No one in my local area cared about what the city mandated, which I thought was amusing. No one wears masks. The local cop doesn't care.
